A new way of teaching: Flipped language classroom approach!

Greetings everyone, and welcome back to another post! This week, we were required to create a video material based on the flipped classroom approach for our Current Issues in Education course. You may ask: What is a flipped classroom? I will answer your question later in this post! But first, I want to discuss the assignment itself. We were required to be in pairs or groups, so once again, I paired up with  Ahmet Alper Aydoğdu (check out his blog as well!) to accomplish the given assignment. A Corpus-based Lesson: Authentic Language Oppurtunity!

  Greetings everyone! I am back with another post. In our Current Issues in Teaching course this week, as groups, we were required to create a corpus-based worksheet as well as a lesson plan based on the ASSURE model, both of which I will explain later in this post. I grouped up with my friends Ahmet Alper Aydoğdu , Rabia Çimen , and Mihriban Çizme (feel free to check out their blogs as well!) for the completion of the assignment.
